The Cash Back Offer applies to the Basic Package and Standard Package (as previously available) and our new Basic Website Package only (as shown on the services page). Should your project be selected for our Cash Back Offer, development requirements additional to those included in the Basic Package, Standard Package and Basic Website Package are not refundable, e.g. extra pages, premium design, custom forms etc.

Deposits and full payment (upon project completion) are required for projects to qualify for a draw. Each project will be listed below under their qualifying draw. Excluding the final draw, each draw will consist of no less and no more than ten projects.

All clients whose projects are entered into a draw will be notified when the draw has taken place and which project was selected for the Cash Back Offer. The selected project will also be published under the applicable draw below.

A refund for the winning project of a draw will be made to the person or company who made initial payment for the development of their website. Winning projects completed as a Basic Package will be refunded no more than the value paid for that Basic Package as shown on the client's invoice. Winning projects completed as a Standard Package will be refunded no more than the value paid for that Standard Package as shown on the client's invoice. Winning projects completed as a Basic Website Package will be refunded no more than the value paid for that Basic Website Package as shown on the client's invoice. Therefore, in circumstances where discounts have been awarded for a package, refunds will amount to the price of the package less the discount awarded.

This promotion opens Wednesday 01 October 2008 and closes at 5pm Friday ~~19 December 2008~~ extended to 26 June 2009. After the promotion has closed, a final draw will be performed for all remaining projects that have not been in a previous draw and that qualify according to the conditions above. This final draw may include no less than five qualifying projects, but may include more than ten qualifying projects, depending on the number of projects that qualify coming up to the end of the promotion.
